A minimum order of 12 per design is required.
$200 minimum order is required.
Pre-payment by credit card, money order or company check, and C.O.D. are accepted. (C.O.D. charges apply.) Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks. Ten percent shipping and handling charge will be added to the total purchase price.
Izzy Bitzy will issue a call tag if we have made an error
with your order or if it has arrived damaged. We will
not issue call tags for regular exchanges or returns.
Returns accepted for exchange or credit only. We
will charge a restocking fee of 15 percent. Goods
received in damaged condition may be returned for
exchange upon authorization. All claims must be
made within three business days of receipt of goods.
